By downloading, installing, or playing Hallucinate: Prompt Tycoon, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The game includes optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Any content you create within the game remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for game operation and improvement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the game for violations of these terms.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
